UX Research for Give Back Abroad Organization

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Give Back Abroad (GBA) is launching a new website that will seamlessly connect volunteers with cost-effective social impact work. I led research across the team to decipher how to make this website relevant to user needs and user-friendly. The research activities, including surveys and usability tests, helped to inform understanding of GBA’s user base, the creation of a sitemap and product requirements, and design iterations of the mobile web version of the site.
